The Hahnemann Enclave CGHS Coop Group Housing Society Ltd. (Reg. No. 846 GH) a society registered under the Delhi Cooperative Societies Act, 1972, had obtained perpetual lease hold rights from the President of India in respect of a piece of land measuring 8500 sq. meter situated at Plot No 40, Sector 6, Dwarka, New Delhi for the purpose of constructing four / multi-storied blocks of residential buildings containing flats on Group Housing basis to be allotted to the eligible members of the society.

As per the mandate given by the RCS, Delhi and the DDA, two categories of flats, namely, Category "A" - Multi-storied and Category - "B" - four stories, respectively with three bedrooms, living room with dining space, kitchen, two toilets and four balconies for four stories flats / three balconies for multi-storied flats were constructed and completed in the year 2003.

The eligible members of the society were given allotments of the flats by draw of lots in the presence of competent officials of the Government in February 2003. The possession of the allotted flats to the eligible members were given on 1 October 2003.
